GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Effective as of June 27, 2026

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of decorative products offered by Magic Stuff, a sole proprietorship registered with the Chartres Trade and Companies Register under number 100 742 014, with its registered office located at 2C Rue du Val de Voise, 28130 Houx, France (hereinafter “the Seller”), via the website amagicstuff.com.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are new decorative items. The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Shipping fees are displayed before final order validation.

Article 4 – Orders

An order is considered validated once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or stock problems.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are indicated during the checkout process. All transactions are secured.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are provided for reference only. In case of delay, the customer may cancel the order if the delivery exceeds 30 days beyond the initially scheduled date.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221‑18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision through their customer account on amagicstuff.com. Products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days following receipt of the returned items.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217‑4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 – Personal Data

Data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on the website.

Article 10 – Disputes

In case of a dispute, the customer may resort to conventional mediation or any alternative dispute resolution method. If no amicable solution is found, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
